This space is for you to access the individual support available through the Regenerative Changemaker Coaching Programme.
Book Your 1:1 Coaching Sessions
As part of the programme, you also have access to a shared pool of 20 additional 60-minute coaching sessions throughout the programme.
You can use a session whenever you would benefit from more individual space — for example, to explore something more deeply, work through a challenging period, prepare for a difficult conversation, or unpack something that emerged in group coaching.
A confidential space
What you share in individual coaching stays confidential. RCM does not share individual coaching content with Rainforest Trust leadership or People Operations without your explicit consent.
At the midpoint and close of the programme, we may share anonymised themes and patterns emerging across the group — never individual stories or personal coaching content.
The only exception is where there is a serious risk of harm, in which case appropriate safeguarding steps may be necessary.
